    Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? Twenty4Seven Education are recruiting an Office Manager to join a high-performing secondary school in south Birmingham.


    Role:
    As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our administrative functions. You will supervise reception and administrative staff, oversee systems and processes, and lead on school communications. Additionally, you will contribute to the planning, development, and monitoring of support services, coordinating and delegating relevant activities.

    Requirements:


    The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced school environment.

    You should be highly organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and uphold the vision and ethos of our academy at all times.

    Previous experience in a similar role and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential.
