Telesales Executive | Harpenden | Up to £25k, OTE £40k+We are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join a dynamic and expanding company based in Harpenden.
As a Telesales Executive, you will be an integral part of their dynamic sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding their customer base through proactive outbound sales efforts.
Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential clients over the phone.Hours:
Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm in the office, transitioning to a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days remote work from home.

Making between outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services
Identify and Qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow up on all leads and enquiries in a timely professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience
Telesales/Sales Background:
minimum of 6-12 months of demonstrated experience in telesales or sales roles, showcasing a solid foundation in sales techniques and strategies
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in navigating databases and CRM systems, ensuring efficient management of customer information and sales data
