    Job Title :
    Director of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)

    Salary:
    £140,000 + Bonus

    Type of Employment:
    Full-Time

    My client is dedicated to sustainability and corporate responsible business practices and are committed to make a positive impact.

    As an industry leader in the Finance and Tech sector, they are seeking a talented and experienced Director of ESG to lead our Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives.

    Develop and implement the company's ESG strategy by setting measurable goals and targets for ESG performance.
    Monitor and evaluate ESG performance against industry standards and benchmarks.
    Manage ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting to stakeholders, such as investors, regulators, and the public.
    Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business or Finance.
    Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CSR, ESG) is preferred.
    Proven experience of a minimum of 7 years in ESG, sustainability or related fields in a leadership role.
    Familiarity with ESG data management and reporting tools.
    Outstanding project management skills with the ability to drive change within an organization.
    Knowledge of relevant environmental and social issues, as well as regulatory frameworks.
