    Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • As a Principal Product UI/UX Designer at Momentum Design Lab, you will work alongside a team of talented designers and developers to produce intelligent and effective work.
    • Your role involves leading research, strategy, information architecture, and interaction design to create cutting-edge graphical user interfaces across various platforms.
    • Collaboration with clients is a key aspect of this role, requiring attention to detail and a focus on the bigger picture.
    • You should be enthusiastic about working in a team environment or tackling challenges independently to develop innovative products for exciting brands.

    This position is located in Central London and is easily accessible by train.

    What you'll be doing

    • Focus on details and conceptualize designs for both enterprise clients and start-ups.
    • Create pixel-perfect systems with a combination of form and function for Fortune 100 corporations and emerging start-ups.
    • Contribute to shaping the future web landscape with real social impact.

    Skills

    • Strong visual design skills with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest trends.
    • Ability to develop visual interfaces based on wireframes and specifications.
    • Conduct research workshops with C-level executives.
    • Communicate scenarios, interaction models, and screen designs effectively to clients and executives.
    • Collaborate with fellow designers to promote new interface guidelines.
    • Mentor other designers and understand business requirements to provide solutions.
    • Work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver digital experiences on time and within budget.
    • Think strategically about user interfaces and their impact on branding and marketing.
    • Minimum of 5 years in UX design or equivalent expertise.
    • Proficient in presenting work, gathering feedback, and sharing insights within the team.
    • Experience in creating user stories, conducting research, and developing user personas.
