    Key responsibilities:

  • A core part of our Pro Bono, RB and D&I offering, developing an in depth understanding of our work in this space and championing this work across engagements with clients.
  • First port of call for client enquiries and requests for information related to Pro Bono, Responsible Business, D&I.
  • Handle all information requests from clients across Pro Bono, Responsible Business, D&I and wider ESG topics such as HR and Responsible Procurement.
  • Project manage multiple other HSF teams to obtain relevant data and metrics for third party assessment platforms, which are regularly used by our clients.
  • Organise, maintain and update responses for frequently asked questions on the pitching hub.
  • Maintaining a tracker of all client requests and engagements, producing an annual summary.
  • Project manage the annual Responsible Business Report, which involves working with multiple stakeholders across the Firm and with the external copywriter/consultants.
  • Work closely with the responsible business, pro bono and D&I teams to strategically align communications and to keep up to date with strategic developments, new areas of work.
  • Work with Client Relationship Managers to ensure that strategic Pro Bono, Responsible Business and D&I partnerships with clients are managed in a strategic way to maximise benefits to the Firm.
  • Review client engagement letters, codes of conduct and contractual terms to ensure that their requirements are in line with our internal impact parameters and strategy.
  • Prepare and submit directory and award submissions related to Pro Bono, Responsible Business and D&I
  • Develop and delivering an integrated, scalable communications plan that emphasises culture and employee engagement across multiple teams in different geographies.
  • Develop strong internal relationships with key contacts across the business (including the internal and external communications teams) to ensure the seamless flow of information and knowledge sharing.
  • Produce content for marketing materials and work with the marketing team on maintaining content on the Pro Bono, Responsible Business and D&I web pages.

    • Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Compelling and versatile written communicator.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects involving coordination with various departments both internally and externally, working to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral) with strong attention to detail.
  • Significant experience in creative story-telling at local, regional and global levels.
  • Passion for pro bono, responsible business and/or D&I and a good understanding of how they operate within a corporate environment
  • Confident working with data
  • A strong ability to positively challenge and influence at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to prioritise and work autonomously with little supervision.
