    As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of both our company and the professionals we support.

    You will use your expertise to lead recruitment strategies, deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates, and contribute to our growth and success.

    and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing bespoke solutions.
    Years proven recruitment experience.
    experience across Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or HR would be advantageous but not essential.
    track record of meeting and exceeding targets, ideally with an annual career billing average of £180,000+
    communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering deep rooted, long-term relationships.
    analytical skills with the ability to create effective recruitment strategies.
    Uncapped Bonus potential (OTE £80K+)
