Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this position is critical to support the rapid expansion of our global sales teams and you will also have day to day management responsibilities initially for 2 x Contracts Manager (UK/Europe & US).
You should have strong recruitment industry compliance expertise and be up to date with all relevant tax and employment legislation (and the practical application of) such as 'Off Payroll (IR35) Working Regulations' in the UK and 'Worker Classification' in the US etc.
Client-side Terms of Business (ours or customers): o Review against our commercial framework in conjunction with relevant salesperson, o Review against our minimum requirement legal framework, o Negotiate directly with customers to implement all changes, o Complete to executionProjects; o Develop more 'fit for purpose' cross border European contracts, o Develop compliance strategies in line with changing legislation globally, o Research and develop compliant engagement models for new territory sales as required, o Ownership of global recruitment Insurance policies
