Role: Executive Assistant - Hospitality / Private Family Office
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday (with some flexibility outside normal working hours)

Salary: £70,000-£90,000 Gross per annum (depending on experience)

Start date: ASAP
This is an incredible opportunity to join a privately owned luxury hospitality company. An ideal candidate for this position is astute, focused and switched on with a background in Luxury Hospitality / Luxury Service/ Property or within an HNW/UHNW Family Office to support a very busy CEO with international investments in hospitality. Given the extensive demands in the CEO's life, along with having a large luxury portfolio of properties both here and abroad, they need an EA who can work closely with their PA but to focus on their business support needs. It is imperative that the EA for this position has excellent attention to detail, is highly organised, is an excellent time-and task manager who can pre-empt problems and plan ahead at all times. Logistical and organisation skills will be your strengths, alongside having fantastic communication skills, excellent admin, being detail focused and concise. You must be a self-starter who is proactive, personable, professional and discreet. An ability to excel at extensive travel planning with detailed itineraries is essential.
Your personal standards will be high and you will connect with your role and have much to offer. You will also have an established network of contacts and suppliers in London
