    Description
    TMM Recruitment is Clan's exclusive recruitment partners, supporting with their key appointment, Head of Income Generation and Business Development. This permanent role is based within Clan House on Westburn Road, Aberdeen.

    Ambition, energy and commitment are key to make this role a success and lead the successful income generation team to the next stage in revenue generation and market engagement.

    Working within the Senior Management Team and reporting directly to the CEO, it is the purpose of this role to deliver the charity's strategic objectives through developing and carrying out a structured income generation and business development strategy to optimise fundraising capabilities.

    Building and developing relationships with target companies and high net worth individuals.
    Creating development strategies for each income stream.
    Executing new commercial opportunities to create stable and sustainable income streams.
    Utilising and working closely with the board to support income generation and business development efforts.
    Working practice within business development and charitable fundraising.
    Experience developing commercial strategies.
    A strong network within the North-East business community.
    Based full-time within the Clan House office.
