    The Role:

    Are you ready to lead the charge in driving revenue growth? As our Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our strategic sales and marketing campaigns. Your mission? To foster and strengthen local client relationships, optimise occupancy, and maximise revenue—all while aligning with The Hotel's ambitious strategic goals. Be a pivotal player in our financial success, ensuring each guest enjoys an unforgettable experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Sales Leadership: Craft and execute robust sales strategies to not just meet but surpass revenue targets.
    • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong ties with corporate clients, event organizers, travel agencies, and other valuable business channels.
    • Business Development: Craft compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and win new business opportunities.
    • Market Analysis: Utilize market trends, competitor insights, and our unique selling propositions to identify avenues for increased occupancy and revenue.
    • Performance Reporting: Deliver actionable sales reports and forecasts, equipping management with vital insights for continuous improvement.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in sales and revenue management within the hospitality/hotel sector is a must.
    • Market Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of hotel distribution channels, pricing strategies, and market segmentation.
    • Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
