- Experience - We are looking for someone with at least 3-years in business development roles within the B2B sector. Specific experience selling into Facilities Management companies will be a distinct advantage.
- You will be responsible for finding and opening new relationships within our target markets. Ongoing support from our exceptional account management team will allow you to focus all of your attention on new business, as opposed to being bogged down by running accounts.
- Training and development are at the heart of everything we do, so you can expect to learn lots of new skills and gain experience in a niche industry that offers great career prospects.
- Working closely with the Senior Management Team, they will also play a pivotal role in helping to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that deliver on the long-term goals of the business.
- This role will be based at our head office in Burscough, and will be focused on building our client base in the Northwest, but will also include travel throughout the UK as required.
- Salary £30,000 - £35,000 per year based on experience.
- Generous commission scheme that provides realistic first year earnings of £50k-£60k.
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Company car.
- Mobile phone and laptop.
- Working hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
