    The successful candidate will design and deliver employee engagement activities that encourage collaboration across departments, connect employees with our culture and help to build inclusive communities.

    They will possess a data-driven mindset, superb organisation, event management and stakeholder engagement skills and a proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact programs.

    Delivering the Best of Bloomberg Employee Engagement program in Europe ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality, high-impact opportunities across the region.

    Excellent stakeholder management including key business partners; office committee representatives; Event management.
    Administration and data entry to support the above.
    Assisting with the ongoing development and task allocation of a Corporate Philanthropy Apprentice.

    At least 5 years' experience in program management in a relevant field, such as the nonprofit sector and/or corporate employee engagement role.

    Relationship management experience with employees and/or charity organizations.
    Exceptional organisation, planning and project management skills.
    Excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
    A creative and innovative approach with an eye for detail.
    Proficiency in data analysis, impact reporting and administration.
