    We need an adaptable, customer-focused team – working towards always giving our customers a unique and memorable experience and setting very high standards.

    If you are an experienced Housekeeper, Room Checker or Team leader looking for that next opportunity then look no further.

    We are looking for a Supervisor who can support the team to provide the very best experience for our customers, to feel really proud of how rooms are prepared their stay – so that when they walk in they are truly impressed by our unique and stylish bedrooms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cleaning guest rooms daily according to operational policies and standards
    • Supervising the Housekeeping team to ensure all rooms are cleaned to the required standard
    • Completing work projects as assigned by your Manager
    • Supporting the management of staff

    What we need from you

    • A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care.
    • Very high level of attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Motivated and accountable
    • English and Spanish language (both oral and writing skills to a high level)
