You.
Must have an engineering delivery background or an understanding of engineering delivery on major projects. You'll effectively identify and anticipate challenges, offering solutions you might have gained in your consultancy or client-side experience.
You've probably inspired and motivated a diverse team, showcasing leadership qualities. This role is about leading by example.

Navigating multifaceted relationships working closely with internal and external clients across Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities and Development, and Water demands a genuinely collaborative, open and respectful approach - you'll take your team and clients with you.
