- Reactive content ideation/creation (low lift execution)
- Support the Creators (Social Media Management) on weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for your clients – analysing community data to summarise key learnings and strategic recommendations for future strategy
- Build and support on community engagement strategic approaches and recommendations for existing and prospective clients
- Support Senior Creators in finessing and crafting our brand's social tone of voice
- You must have your finger on the pulse of trends and the social space, and the ability to translate these into client opportunities
- 1+ year working in social media marketing, Social PR or equivalent
- Experience of community management
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to flex tone of voice for different brands
- Passion and strong understanding the ever-changing landscape of social media

Your main responsibility will be to help transform the social media presence of our brands and how they interact with their customers and communities across all social platforms.This is a proactive role, where you will be required to respond to new and existing queries, as well as actively seek new opportunities and conversations that our brands can engage with, where relevant.
Main Responsibilities
Keep talking.None of us can do this alone - to help us achieve our vision it's vital that you liaise with other Creators, Seniors and ACD/CDs within the business, maintaining an open and honest dialogue.Realising and flagging potential issues early is key to fixing them – speak up, speak early and we can support you.Building solid relationships within the agency is key to great work – we win as a team, lose as a team.Seek inspiration.We all need to stay creatively inspired – to keep your cup of inspiration brimming.You have to nurture creativity, seek it out and celebrate it within the teams and the agency as a whole.As a Junior Creator, it's your responsibility to evangelise creativity within the team – help people understand, appreciate and fall in love with creativity – this passion is infectious, so let's spreads it.Pitching in.You will be asked to work on pitches.That's not to say you will work on all of them, but you will be expected to assist – both on the pitch itself, and in clearing the decks for those that are working on them, back filling roles and managing deadlines to ensure we meet the needs of existing clients.
Job Purpose
Reporting into the Senior Creators, this role is a Junior position within the team - as such, you will be expected to support, champion and embody the values of the agency, but at the same time know that we will give you the space and support to grow and develop your skillsets.You are here to create the best work of your career and support others in doing so.As a Junior Creator, you are here to produce best-in-class Social work.You are responsible for managing your workload, liaising with Resource and Seniors to maintain the high Creative standards we have set out and ensure deadlines are met.
