    Job Purpose Manage a client portfolio, monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio managementOversee junior team members, including workflow management, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunitiesWork hand-in-hand with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being metAccelerate business development by scoping new service lines for your portfolioWork closely across departments to ensure clients are benefiting from an all-encompassing servicePreparation and review of accounts files and support the tax planning processReview processes and implement more efficient ways of service deliverySet an example as a hands-on and supportive ManagerAbout This Firm This well-established firm has an excellent reputation for providing a full-suite of accounting support to a varied portfolio across the UK.Made up of experienced accountants, tax specialists, and seasoned auditors, this experienced team is looking for a driven candidate to supports its ambitious growth plans.
