    Description

    Role Overview:

    As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in handling all aspects of customer contacts, including telephone interactions, written correspondence, and forms. You will be responsible for managing your own time, attendance, and punctuality while ensuring adherence to current Policies/Procedures, processing rules, and efficient navigation of various systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for J.P. Morgan POca account holders via telephone, written correspondence, and forms.
  • Guide account holders accurately and professionally through business processes, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct investigation work to reunite customers with their funds.
  • Adhere to and be familiar with Policies/Procedures, processing rules, and POca systems.
  • Cross-train in all business areas to provide cover for other Contact Centre staff as required.
  • Maintain adherence to agreed call/written quality standards.
  • Follow DXC and J.P. Morgan administration policies and procedures with a common-sense approach.

    • Skills Required:

  • Excellent telephone manners.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.
  • Desire to go the extra mile for customers and enhance their customer journey.
  • Previous experience working in a Contact Centre.
  • Previous Back Office experience, including letter writing.
  • Previous input capture experience, prepping mail, scanning documentation.
