    Executive PA City of London offices (hybrid working available)
    Insurance Services sector

    We are delighted to be supporting a world class Insurance Services business, in the appointment of an Executive PA to assist with their continued growth.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, diligent and competent PA to support at a senior level, with the additional benefit of day-to-day mentorship from an amazing Business Ops Manager.

    Providing executive support to the Group Founder/CEO and the Group CFO as well as providing ad-hoc support to the wider Leadership team where required.

    Arranging extensive business travel both in the UK and internationally and assisting in producing meeting planners/itineraries.
    room bookings, AV requirements, etc.
    Managing and submitting business expense claims, ensuring they adhere to company policy. Strong and demonstrable experience within a similar role, ideally within the Financial or Professional Services sector
    Ability to provide excellent administrative and organisational support, planning and prioritising effectively.

    Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the confidence to deal with all levels of seniority and a flexible attitude to managing competing demands.

    A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
