    Description
    Change Manager
    • Job Type: Full-time
    • Location: Swindon 2 days per week
    • Salary: £45,000 - £52,000

    We are on the lookout for a Change Manager with a strong track record in leading strategic change initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer-centric solutions and ensuring successful implementation across The Openwork Partnership. This role demands a change professional who is innovative, flexible, and has a strong desire to develop new and improved processes centred around an excellent customer experience.

    Day to Day of the Role:
    • Engage in strong stakeholder management at all levels.
    • Facilitate and capture key requirements through Epics, User Stories, and ensure alignment with measurable business outcomes.
    • Produce essential project documents such as Project Initiation Documents (PID) and Business Cases.
    • Conduct root cause analysis, lean reviews, and value stream mapping to identify and prioritise opportunities.
    • Lead projects with a strong analytical approach during the understanding/feasibility stage and utilise Agile methodologies for solution delivery.
    • Be accountable for the delivery of business value outcomes.
    • Define project milestones, critical success factors, and drive activities to ensure timely delivery.
    • Manage milestone tracking, critical success factors, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Proactively manage all risks, issues, constraints, assumptions, and dependencies.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to manage and deliver system developments.
    • Provide weekly and monthly reporting, and attend key programme and change boards.
    • Organise and facilitate key project ceremonies such as project team stand-ups.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in leading and implementing change.
    • Track record of successfully implementing complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-functional teams.
    • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
    • Strong facilitation skills.
    • Ability to lead a team and collaborate with customers to design and deliver solutions that bring business value.
    • Experience in leading digital programmes/projects.
    • Demonstrated impact in enhancing customer experiences and business outcomes.
    Benefits:
    • Competitive salary up to £45,000 - £52,000.
    • 10% on-target bonus
    • Hybrid working: 2 days a week onsite in Swindon
