    Walr is on the search for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team.

    This pivotal role is perfect for individuals eager to lead the charge in top-tier reporting and analysis for our rapidly expanding company.

    Assist in the development and execution of company-wide reporting and analysis to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
    Guarantee the accuracy and promptness of data to uphold the integrity of business decisions.
    Provide weekly and monthly commercial reports to empower the sales team to assess client performance effectively.
    Support the finance team with regular weekly and monthly tasks, contributing to smooth financial operations.
    Analyse and interpret results to forecast their impact on future business performance, enabling proactive strategy adjustments.
    Proven experience in commercial reporting, with a strong track record of delivering insightful analyses.
    Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, capable of interpreting complex data to guide strategic business moves.
    Strong numerical and Excel skills, demonstratable ability in transforming data into meaningful analysis and actionable insights.
    A genuine eagerness to learn and advance within the company, showing initiative and a commitment to professional growth.
    Experience in Salesforce, Power BI & Xero desirable but not critical.
    Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a sense of pride in producing high-quality work.
    A collaborative team player who leverages the strengths of colleagues to enhance data management and reporting processes.
