    Exciting Opportunity with Reds10 :
    Project Manager within the Defence Sector

    As Project Manager you will play a vital role in overseeing MoD projects across their full lifecycle from inception to completion, who a huge focus on pre-construction.


    Based in our London HQ with required visits to various locations, this position is client-facing, requiring excellent communication to build rapport, manage relationships and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.


    You will lead the preconstruction process from RIBA Stage 2 to 4, lead the planning process, engage with various external stakeholders, and negotiate the contract sum with the client.

    Act as the main point of contact to the client and their advisors on the project


    • Coordinate with the Reds10 Commercial Manager to update project cost plans and internal Reds10 project budgets.
    • Coordinate with the Reds10 Commercial Manager to develop the construction procurement strategy, build the contract sum, and procure the construction phase, in accordance with the Reds10 process.
    • Lead the Reds10 external consultant teams to prepare and achieve planning permission for the project, including discharging planning conditions.
    Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline/ or equivalent work experience


    • Experience of working throughout all project stages from inception through to the end of defects period
    • Demonstratable project management experience, including experience of the pre-construction process.
