    Description

    My client, a world leading innovative and technology focused law firm, has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and credible HR Advisor to join their HR department on a 6-month FTC basis in their fast-paced London office.

    Completing HR administration activities and advising on policy and procedures, the employee lifecycle, onboarding new joiners, maternity, leavers, promotions and Reward and Benefit policies.

    Monitoring and assisting with work permit arrangements for non-UK citizens of the firm.

    Inputting and maintaining accurate employee records using appropriate HR systems including Workday and HR Helpdesk, as well as some external databases.

    Along with a good understanding of delivery within HR shared services environment and possess strong knowledge of HR policies, structures, strategy and the Data Protection Act.

    The HR Advisor will be organised, confident and flexible.
