    Roleoverview

    We are looking for anentrylevel Content Coordinator tosupport website maintenance and project execution for a large B2Cclient. Reporting to the Technical Content Manager you will buildconsistent and reliable digital experiences and develop interestingways to deliver these through balancing user needs with ourgoals.

    AsaContentCoordinator at Brandwidth youwill:

    • Create and editcontent using Adobe Experience Manager
    • Qualitycheck that preview pages look as expected before being released tothe client for approval
    • Provide regular updatesto the Project Manager about the projectsprogress
    • Understand project risks and supportthe wider delivery team to mitigate them
    • KeepJira up to date with accurate use of swim lanes status type andclear actions so that project progress is visible at aglance
    • Use Jira to ensure clear communicationswith the internal and clientteams

    Youwill bring:

    • At least 6months experience working with Content Managementplatforms
    • Understanding of Jira or similarticketing systems required
    • Adobe ExperienceManager experience is desirable
    • Clear passionfor digital technology and the use of content to guide digitaltransformation
    • Meticulousness and good commandof the English language
    • Excellent interpersonalcommunication and time managementskills
    • Ability to multitask and remain calmunder pressure
    • Knowledge of website layoutincluding important principles and best practices abonus
    • Proactive and problemsolvingnature
    • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS isdesirable
    • Experience working in a digitalagency is desirable
    • Experience working withenterpriselevel bluechip companies isdesirable
