    As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technical sectors, you will play a pivotal role in our business. You'll be responsible for managing key client relationships, sourcing top-tier candidates, and driving growth in your sector.     **Key Responsibilities:**

    Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients, understanding their specific recruitment needs.
    - Proactively source and engage with high-quality candidates in the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technical fields.
    - Conduct in-depth interviews, assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and career aspirations.
    - Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet client and candidate requirements.
    - Drive business development, expanding your client base within the sector.
    - Mentor and support junior team members.
    - Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.

    **Requirements:**

    Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technical roles.
    - In-depth knowledge of the Engineering and Technical sectors, including an understanding of roles and industry trends.
    - Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    - A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    - Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop junior team members.
    - A resilient and adaptable attitude to overcome challenges and succeed in a competitive environment.
