About The Role Haleon are looking for a digital Data product own develop roadmap for how Haleon build out the consumer centric data while working with Marketing teams to develop new and exciting innovation to enable and enhance our consumer experience out new business models within Haleon.

    The Digital Data Product Owner will work within the Global Digital experience's technology team, as part of the Consumer and Expert Tech organization. This role will be working with wide range of the Digital and Technology team to develop concepts to prove out new and different business models. The successful candidate will primarily own a tech stack to drive the data capability to collect, Unify , segment and develop core capabilities to utilise data within our digital experiences.

    By partnering our internal team to develop an innovation road map, leading a dev ops engineering team to enable and run the tech stack behind for the concepts.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Product ownership of Acquire (1st party Data, Consent & Identity Management ) & Audience (Customer Data Platform Capabilities), and the associated technical stack.
  • Development and ownership of the building and configuration of a repeatable , reusable and integrated product capability.
  • Understand the digital MarTech stack and being able to be able to appraise and review new and different technologies to incorporate to achieve the ambitions of new and different business models.
  • Understanding the key data sources how they align and providing analysis of data, looking to challenge status quo and improve consumer marketing for Haleon.
  • Partnering with business to understand problems statement, experiments, test and learn opportunities.
  • Accountable for a set of processes and frameworks that the products are delivered must work within.
  • Running of multiple agile product teams using Haleon Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Safe).
  • Becoming a single point of contact for the Acquire and Audience Teams working across this space.
  • Essential Qualifications and skills

  • Experience in applying technical product ownership / management.
  • A background or experience of Innovation, start-up or venture background, with a passion about emerging technology and some domain expertise or interest in technology.
  • Experience in successfully building trust-based relationships with a wide range of senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge and experience of designing and building out data and consumer identity solutions.
  • Experience with SAP CDC as technical tool.
  • Experience and understanding of Data Privacy , consent management and consumer engagement lifecycle (consent, activation, unsubscribe, update etc)
  • Experience/Detailed understanding of using Customer Data Platform to enhance consumer experience.
  • Knowledge of APIs and Integration patterns, DEVOPS
  • Knowledge / Experience of Sales force Data cloud
  • Managing strategy and innovation working with internal and external partners and stakeholders. To own and develop clear a product with clear roadmaps, value articulation and OKR's.
  • Excellent project management capability, with experience in technical oriented product ownership, gathering requirements and resource planning. Using tools such as JIRA or similar
