    Description

    We are part of the TJX Family which includes TK Maxx, and Homesense in Europe and the UK and across the rest of the world you will find us as TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra and Winners.

    Drive the identification and delivery of learning and development needs in order to support the Talent Development strategy.

    Deliver training to all functional groups, including induction, to junior levels and some senior leaders
    Upskills managers and Human Resources Business Partners in delivery
    Provides one to one coaching support to associates and junior managers
    Project Work
    Takes accountability for prioritising project work and flexes time accordingly
    Takes responsibility for a workstream within a project team
    Finds own solutions to keep projects on track
    Acts as a consultant to managers in all areas of Learning & Development

    Pragmatic and commercially focused approach to providing Learning & Development solutions
    Demonstrates early leadership skills when involved in project work
    Fluent in the principles of learning & development design
    Well-organised but flexible and able to respond to changing priorities
    Proven Learning and Development experience
    Graduate calibre with relevant Learning and Development qualification
    Experience of delivering individual and group learning and development solutions
    Proficient in written and verbal English
    Willing to travel on a regular basis across Europe
