    Program / Delivery Management Principal Consultant (Oil & Gas Domain)

    In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment.

    You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables.

    You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. Proven experience as a Program director for large programs / accounts within Oil & Gas domain.
    Strong technical delivery and program management skills
    Delivery of projects in an IT business environment in Oil & Gas industry
    Demonstrable business and financial understanding and good track record of delivering complex transformation programs.
    Effective communication (verbal, written, listening) presentation and management reporting skills.
    Stake holder management @ CxO level.
