    My client, a leading provider of specialist mental health services, is seeking a dedicated Ward Manager to lead our team in London.

    The client is renowned for providing high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with complex mental health needs. The facility offers a supportive and therapeutic environment for patients on their journey to recovery. They are committed to promoting dignity, respect, and empowerment for all individuals under their care.

    As the Ward Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ward, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care. Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing leadership and supervision to the nursing and support staff on the ward.
    • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards of care in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
    • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, communication, and professional development.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Registered Nurse with valid registration.
    • Ideally have experience with Eating Disorders.
    • Significant experience working in mental health settings, with experience of a leadership or managerial role.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and promoting the well-being of patients and staff.
