    A global advertising company is looking for a Head of Internal Communications on a 10-month sabbatical starting at the end of April/early May, paying c.£100,000 pro rata.

    The successful candidate will be an internal communications leader who has worked for a fast-paced global business. They'll excel in senior level stakeholder management and will have experience managing leadership communications for ExCo members.

    A key aspect of the role is to onboard a new CIO who will be joining the business in the summer. They'll be tasked with integrating the new leader into the business and developing their internal profile over the first 30, 60 and 90-days. Experience doing this in a previous role would be desirable.

    The role holder will have four direct reports so line management experience is required. The organisation has a hybrid working model with 2 - 3 days a week in the central London office.
