    THUMBNAIL DESIGNER (FTC)
    With Hybrid and flexible working offered

    Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content agency and media network who are currently on the lookout for a Thumbnail Designerto join our Network Team on a fixed term basis.

    As aThumbnail Designer, you willcreate thumbnails for YouTube videos using appropriate imagery in keeping with the brand guidelines and style of each channel.

    The role will involve utilising your own skills to edit existing third party images to produce quality YouTube video thumbnails according to platform and brand best practices.

    This can be a fully remote or a hybrid role.

    Conceptualize and design thumbnails (ie. composite images on Photoshop according to platform best practices) that align with the video's content and objectives
    Ensure that thumbnails are visually appealing, engaging, and consistent with applicable brand guidelines.
    Uploading videos to Little Dot Studios as per the delivery schedule set in the contract
    Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
    Solid understanding of YouTube as a platform and what makes an engaging and effective thumbnail with impact on CTR
    Excellent English grammar and spelling skills
