    Deputy Pre-school manager, Stockbridge, Hampshire
    Experienced? Engaging? Innovative?

    Our children, aged 2-4 years old, need someone to replace a much-loved key worker and our team want to welcome in an amazing EY assistant to work with them.

    We would like a great team member to join us who wants to be part of creating a really exciting environment for children and loves being an integral part of childrens learning.

    You will need bags of creativity and energy to help make learning stimulating and interesting.

    As Deputy manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the setting when the Early Years Lead is not on site.

    A strong partnership between you both is vital so that you can both positively promote the developments in the setting.

    Modelling high quality interactions with children, parents and staff is a key part of our ethos.

    Our pre-school is teacher-led with the emphasis on high quality play and knowledge of our children informing what children get up to on a day to day basis.

    We have fabulous resources, shared with the primary school but were also developing a great forest school area so that children can be outside for much of the day.

    We want someone who shares our passion for outdoor learning and loves inquisitive children as thats what were aiming for
    You will have NVQ L3 as a minimum but holders of the EYPS would be our ideal candidate.
