    Mantell Associates is currently partnered with an up and coming Medical Device organisation in their search for an Associate Director of Business Development to join their Commercial team.

    Associate Director of Business Development - Responsibilities:Look after a team of talented and highly scientific Business Development / Sales Account ManagersDrive the team and help them develop commerciallyIdentify and report on business opportunities in target markets, to expand the company's reach and impactBe accountable for Sales/BD goals and the continued growth of the organisation's sales region aligned with the overall company strategyActively drive engagement with clients and foster long-term relationshipsProvide forecasting and detailed reports to senior management to track commercial progressWork collaboratively with the Marketing team to develop strategies for attracting and retaining clients and raising awareness of the company's services to increase revenueInvolved in project acquisition - negotiate contracts, generate client proposals and bids, and close deals to meet business objectivesAssociate Director of Business Development - Requirements:Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutics, Life Sciences, or a related fieldProven experience as a high-performing Sales / Business Development expertStrong attention to detailA highly consultative Sales/Business Development professional with a strategic mindsetExcellent communication, negotiation, and sales skillsStrong networking skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholdersPossess technical knowledge and subject matter expertiseComfortable utilising technology as a key part of the sales processMantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences headhunting firm.
