- Supervising, managing, and monitoring a team of Billing Analysts.
- Performing monthly 1-2-1 meetings and individual development plans
- Providing resources and tools to team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.
- Ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Reporting Billing issues to escalation points/AR Manager
- Reviewing team's productivity
- Notifying management of contractual issues blocking billing
- Providing sight and daily supervision of work queues, ensuring compliance with billing process
- Coordinating training and support for Billing Team
- Assisting the AR Manager & Senior Billing Supervisor with implementation of plans, policies, and procedures by division
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft packages to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrate a thorough approach to work
- Ability to follow complex processes
- Previous experience within a financial team environment
- Minimum 1-year team supervision
- System knowledge of ORACLE, BI and Microsoft applications
- Working with remote teams
- Shared Service Centre Experience
