    About VerifyMy:

    VerifyMy creates safety tech solutions designed to make the internet safer for children and society by solving compliance and safeguarding problems with age assurance, identity authentication and content moderation. We achieve this via a suite of tech solutions; VerifyMyAge & VerifyMyContent. They both utilise an ensemble of artificial intelligence, technology and data partners to form an ecosystem far greater than the sum of its parts.

    What you will be doing:

    You will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy for the company with key responsibilities:

    • Lead product needs discovery and insights
    • Provide strategic direction and vision for the entire product function, reporting directly to the CTO and collaborating closely with the Founder & Co-CEOs
    • Develop and communicate new and existing product vision to deliver on the company's strategic goals and customers' needs
    • Oversee the entire product life cycle, from conceptualisation, launch and adoption, ensuring success and high-quality deliverables
    • Lead and mentor our product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
    • Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, including tech, design, sales, customer success, and operations.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement changes that enhance team productivity and product quality.
    • Organise and lead product board meetings utilising data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and guide the development of the product roadmap with stakeholders
    • Use research and feedback to develop new product strategies and enhance current product features
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences and competitive dynamics

    We're looking for someone who:

    • Extensive experience in product leadership with a track record of successful product launches and team leadership
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a winning product strategy.
    • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing product teams.
    • Ability to think strategically and align product initiatives with overall business objectives
    • A data-driven leader who can identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement changes that enhance team productivity and product quality.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and align stakeholders, including senior leadership members, with the product vision
    • Actively engage in problem-solving regardless of size
