    Job Description

    This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships with global enterprise businesses and transform their data into actionable insights while working for a hugely successful Customer Data Platform in rapid scale mode globally.

    The Company

    This AI SaaS platform enables brands to manage and automate customer marketing plans with highly effective personalised communications based on real-time customer behaviours across single or multiple channels (email, SMS, push, in-app etc).

    • AI Customer Orchestration SaaS
    • Gaming and eCommerce specialists
    • $100m in funding by top investors
    • Circa 400 employees based in New York, London and other global offices

    The Role

    Working closely with the strategic services team you will consult and investigate your client's customer data and help them understand and translate it into actionable insights – adding value to critical marketing processes

    • Consult with enterprise clients about complex business problems
    • Deliver data-lead recommendations on custom marketing methodology
    • Own senior stakeholder management for the business's top 25%, premium clients

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Background working in Marketing at a Consultancy, Agency, CDP, CRM or ESP
    • Solid understanding of data analytics
    • Strategic Consulting Experience
    • Premium communication and commercial aptitude
