    Description

    This multi-service corporate communications and financial PR agency is seeking an experienced, proactive and self-motivated PR and Marketing Assistant to work with their senior management team.

    This position, which is spilt equally between marketing and PA support, demands a candidate with experience working as a Personal Assistant for multiple stakeholders, in a fast paced, corporate / creative setting.

    The ideal candidate will possess the confidence to execute and manage marketing events, communicate with key industry figures and top tier journalists, and manage several Partners.

    This role requires high standards and involvement in a wide variety of tasks, therefore organisation and the ability to prioritise, juggle multiple demands and work under pressure is key.

    Strong communication, excellent attention to detail, Microsoft & IT skills are all essential. Whilst not mandatory, corporate event management experience is highly desirable.
    Duties include but are not limited to:
    Dedicated PA support
    Diary management
    Travel and entertaining arrangements coordination
    Assisting in planning and delivery of events, related logistics and presentation materials
    Provide cover for the Marketing Manager during periods of leave, including posting blogs/social media
    Arranging couriers
    Invoice processing

    Salary:
    £35-45k + discretionary bonus
