    Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social)

    Through our sites and platforms, customers can conveniently access prescription medications and treatments to treat a range of health problems, as well as purchase clinical-grade, personalised skincare.

    We have dedicated in-house clinical teams authorised to prescribe medications, and we own a pharma business capable of manufacturing many of the medicines and skincare products we provide.

    Come and help in making access to medication quicker and easier than ever before in human history
    You'll be taking ownership across all aspects of digital marketing, especially paid social across Tiktok and Meta.

    This is an opportunity to take additional ownership of strategy, run projects, and make an impact on our ability to make medicine more accessible and affordable for those who need it.

    You'll be a key member of our Growth team, helping to scale our performance marketing and paid social activity by working with other teams to produce strong ad creative, while also conducting analysis to discover growth opportunities and testing hypotheses.

    Build campaigns and launch new creative on an ongoing basis to ensure we're launching fresh content and delivering strong performance.

    Responsible for testing implementation to discover opportunities for growth and ensure we're always learning.
    Producing weekly reporting for visibility to the wider team and steering discussions around how we can improve performance.
    Finding opportunities for growth through performance analysis.
    Working closely with the Creative team to design and brief truly best-in-class performance creative.
    Ensure our accounts follow best practices.
    Previous experience in a commercial performance marketing position.
    Previous experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
    Experience working closely with an internal or external Creative team.
    Proficiency in best practice and testing methodologies for Meta and TikTok.
    Working knowledge of the impact that landing pages and site experience have on paid media performance.
    Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and basic code implementation.
    Strong understanding of data analysis in relation to creative performance. #LI-hybrid
