  • This is a Group Finance based role that is responsible for the update and implementation of the annual budgeting & quarterly forecast process, as well as providing day to day support to the Head of Group FP&A and Head of Finance with ad hoc reporting and analysis. The Group FP&A team is based throughout the globe with significant liaison with the operating companies (in 40 locations). The role reports to the Head of Group FP&A.
  • Responsible for annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. Tasks include: Developing OneStream budget system, coordinating the regional finance teams for submissions, training/assistance to budget users, production of consolidation reports, assisting with board presentations & production of a formal budget book.
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis to the Head of Finance & Group FP&A manager on a daily basis. Tasks vary in size and urgency so there is an upmost need for accuracy, confidentiality and adaptability within daily routine.
  • Advance the quality of internal business reporting including digitalisation of reporting via tools such as Power BI
  • Monthly reporting tasks including rolling KPI reports & Projects & Risk
  • Annual remuneration & reward analysis. Tasks include: Pay rise analysis, bonus analysis, senior leadership balanced scorecards
  • Ready & available to be involved in one off projects that require Group Finance Team representation including Internal audit team
