    Description

    Our client a leading specialist in their industry are looking for a Senior Administrator/Client Relations Manager to join their team.

    The role will be within the Administration department and the ideal candidate will have previous work experience in financial services, with good attention to detail and the desire to learn a variety of processing tasks in a busy office environment.

    This is a full time office based role with no hybrid working.
    Ensure the back office systems (intelligent Office and Volume) are kept up to date.
    Issue letters of authority, chase for policy information, build schedules, and add existing policies to the system.
    Supporting the Advisors in research and analysis.
    An understanding of FCA regulations and guidelines relating to financial services clients would be beneficial.

    IT skills commensurate with computer packages used in this industry and a knowledge of Intelligent Office would be beneficial.

    25 days holiday per annum Health Cash Plan Group Personal Pension Group Life Assurance
    Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
