    This is a B2B sales role, building on the momentum of our last five years of growth. Your role as a Business Development Manager for ServiceMaster Clean will be to secure new contracts with customers that require regular, routine and specialist cleaning services.

    You will be supported every step of the way by one of the world's most established and respected cleaning companies with ambitious plans for future growth and development.

    What will you be doing?

    You will report directly to the board of directors and be responsible for winning sustainable and profitable new business.

    You will do this by building and nurturing relationships with other local businesses.

    You'll manage our marketing budget to create campaigns which support you in generating your own leads. You'll be as comfortable making telephone calls to fill your diary as you are in face-to-face prospect meetings to fact-find and present proposals.

    We're already winning business in these sectors:

    General offices and commercial cleaning

    Schools, nurseries and education facilities

    CQC (dentists, doctors' surgeries and medical centres)

    Retail and showrooms

    Warehousing and distribution

    Housing Association and Communal area cleaning

    Gyms and Leisure spaces

    Your role will involve understanding the opportunities within these sectors in the locality of Somerset and Devon.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a local business servicing Devon and Somerset with offices in Newton Abbot.
