    Description

    Are you an experienced Account Manager, Account Executive, or Customer Success star? Leading B2B organizations all over the world such as ACI Worldwide, Snowflake and Fujitsu are using Oktopost to improve and understand their social presence in order to make better business decisions.

    Oktopost is searching for a self-motivated and proactive Account Manager to join the global team focusing on the EMEA and APC markets.

    Develop long-term customer relationships, while promoting retention and loyalty
    Work closely with the Customer Success team to identify new value areas for existing customers
    Create, build, and project your own Forecasting and Reporting using our CRM and tools
    2+ years of experience in an Account Management or other client-facing roles with sales experience from lead to close
    ~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    ~ Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills - a must
    ~ Proven experience and success in growing accounts' Book of Business while driving value, overachieving targets, and creating a meaningful rapport with key stakeholders
    ~ Experience with Salesforce - an advantage
    ~ Strong knowledge of digital marketing - an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
