- Conducting research and analysis to support planning applications.
- Engaging with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Preparing and presenting reports, proposals, and planning applications.
- Providing expert advice on planning policies and regulations.
- Contributing to the development of strategic planning initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Town Planning or related field.
- Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is desirable.
- Proven experience in town planning, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
