    Description

    Lawyers with familiarity with structured notes and issuance platforms please get in touch about a brilliant new opportunity with a financial services institution.

    Manage the execution process for all legal and listing documentation required for non-automated trades.

    The candidate will have previous experience of drafting and negotiating legal documentation for trades issued under structured platforms linked to complex underlyings including equities, fixed income and commodities.

    Work with the business in managing adjustment and other extraordinary events occurring under existing products and take responsibility for drafting legal notices and any other relevant documentation relating to such events.

    Implement and ensure compliance with risk control procedures in partnership with the business and have a broad knowledge of relevant financial law and regulation in so far as it affects securitised products - e.g.

    S. securities laws and exemptions and their practical application in this area.
    Provide input into the team's template database and assist with the initiative to keep this current.

    It is essential that candidates have the ability to manage a high volume of transactions within tight deadlines whilst also progressing project work.
