Working within our World Class Children's hospital, you will be responsible for the leadership and development of our Specialist Children's areas, including our Specialist Medical wards (specialist medical and gastro wards) and outpatients.

o Providing professional and clinical leadership within Children and Young People'sServices at RLH, specifically 7E & 7F.o Managing teams within Children's and Young People's Services and holding theteams to account for the delivery of compassionate, high quality care.
o Managing teams within a highly complex environment taking in to account theethnically diverse nature of staff and patientso Ensuring that patients, their families, and carers are fully involved in assessment ofthe quality of care delivered and in service redesign
