    Description
    2023 has been an exceptional growth year for McCann Demand and our media practice, Media at Demand.
    We are hiring for a number of roles heading into 2024, across a range of media disciplines.

    This is an exciting time to join McCann and you will have the opportunity to help shape and develop our media practice and offering, working on a stellar roster of brands both in the UK and international markets.

    As you'd no doubt hope, we've fully embraced hybrid working, with the additional flexibility of core hours to enable you to balance life and work.

    We are looking for someone who embraces an agile, fast-paced work environment and is keen to progress their career .

    You are a proactive, enthusiastic individual, who prides themselves with good communication, team player skills and demonstrates passion and curiosity in your approach.

    Established hands-on experience in planning and buying social media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube etc) within an agency environment
    Managing social media campaigns end-to-end to deliver against brand awareness, engagement or conversion objectives.

    Implementing campaigns, including audience forecasting, building campaign architecture, tagging and go live in platform, as well as creative asset management.

    Reporting, analysis, optimisation and management of campaigns to ensure optimal performance and efficiencies on key metrics.
    Good data analysis skills and data driven decision making.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
