Are you at the start of your career in Early Years? Do you want to develop your understanding of theories and practices in Childcare? Then the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship Programme could be for youAs childcare is a demanding and growing profession, it's important our colleagues have the training and experience they need to deliver outstanding care and learning to our children.
By completing your Apprenticeship, you will develop a range of personal and professional skills, using creativity and imagination to support the development of the children in our settings.
You will be provided the opportunity to grow and develop, embedding our values and ethos throughout.During your Apprenticeship, you will be developing your knowledge, skills and behaviours in a range of topics including; Safeguarding, Children's Development, Health and Wellbeing, Partnership Working and, Observation, Assessment and Planning.
Your training will also include the achievement of Functional Skills in Mathematics and English, where this is required.After successfully completing your programme, you will be entered in for your End Point Assessment, which gives you the opportunity to showcase everything you've learnt during your Apprenticeship programme.
Once you've passed your End Point Assessment, you'll have completed your Apprenticeship and will receive your certificates and grades, becoming a qualified Level 2 Practitioner.
You will then have the opportunity to progress onto your Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.The expected duration of the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship programme is 14 months and your current contract terms remain in place throughout your training.
