- Contributes to the Project Execution Plan, Discipline Design Instruction, and Contract requisitions; develops project plans and multi-discipline documents like basis of design, subcontract scopes of work.
- Manages and coordinates engineering inputs and deliverables across various execution centers, including workshare / high-value engineering centers.
- Ensures adherence to quality systems; identifies and addresses deficiencies proactively.
- Verifies that Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) issues are integrated into design, manufacture, construction, commissioning, and operations.
- Establishes Project Specific Procedures.
- Ensures strict compliance of Engineering disciplines with the contract and scope of work while executing project tasks.
- Guarantees the quality of engineering deliverables before submission to the customer.
- Leads technical meetings with Third Parties and oversees resolution of technical issues.
- Plans individual work tasks efficiently and collaborates with other disciplines to ensure timely feedback.
- Contributes to the work plan, sets targets, and conducts regular reviews.
- Urges Engineers to adhere to timelines, comprehends delays, and facilitates development of recovery strategies.
- Addresses and resolves delays or modifications, escalating only critical issues.
- Identifies and assesses changes impacting work processes.
- Demonstrates the ability to drive approved changes.
- Supervises the work of technical professionals in delivering engineering outputs, including validation.
- Coordinates cross-disciplinary teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or Masters in an engineering field
- Experience in a relevant industry (preferably in domains like Oil & Gas, LNG & GTL, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Power)
- Thorough understanding of technical work scopes, key dates, and milestones
