    This is an exciting opportunity working for a "start-up" with a 200-year heritage. We are working on creating a unique set of offerings in the B2C real estate space. The role will be based full-time in our Knightsbridge office.

    Evaluate the size and financial potential of each of the customer segments as well as identify their stated/ unstated needs, requirements from Real Estate services
    Define and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that strategic initiatives are on track and create the necessary impact
    Provide necessary data and analytics capabilities to support key decisions

    Candidate must have experience as a Senior Associate or equivalent in one of the top tier consulting firms: (Total work experience of 3-6 years
    Strong initiative and ability to hit the ground running - experience in Real Estate services/ value chain as part of consulting or other work experience is highly preferred
    Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail and ability to drive projects to completion
    Strong project management skills having handled full-cycle PMO for at least 2-3 cycles.
    Preferably, should be based in London/UK and have the necessary visa/ other approvals to work in the UK

    Highly self-driven, pro-active individual who can independently drive key projects/ initiatives
