    Description

    Leveraged Finance Associate (1 – 4 PQE)

    We are working with an Elite US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Leveraged Finance team within their London office. The position is for a 1 – 4 year PQE Associate.

    You will be working on a range of work for creditors and debtors funding acquisitions; working across Private Credit and syndicated investors. You will be working on Leveraged Financings, investment-grade acquisition facilities, restructurings, and emerging markets loans with clients across the US and Europe. .

    You will receive industry-leading training, Partner contact within a highly commended practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe. As well as this, you will receive a market-leading salary and bonus.

    This Elite US law firm is considered one of the strongest outfits in the Legal Market. Although Headquartered in the US they boast one of the largest London presences of any of the US firms in London. Formidable Corporate, Banking, Private Equity and Capital Markets are the highlights of the London office and with future growth on the horizon, you will be given every opportunity to progress.
