    Description

    Our clients are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Dental Manager to join their friendly and professional team in Bath.

    About the Role

    Mixed NHS/Private Practice
    Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety

    Recruitment of support and clinical staff;
    Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions
    Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients
    Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions

    Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy)

    Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion
    This is a permanent, full-time role
    You will work a 40-hour work week, between the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday
    About You

    Leadership and team management.
    Good communication skills and ability to work with the public.
    Reliable.
    Ability to work in a team.
    Ability to understand and work with budgets, targets and KPI's.
    Previous dental management experience.
    Be friendly, flexible, highly motivated, and able to work well under pressure
    A profound sense of professionalism and dedication is required for this role
